Unable to claim exam discount

LS.

Yesterday I attended the Azure Virtual Training Day: AI Fundamentals I registered for this event using my company e-mail address @axians.com. Axians is part of Vinci Energies and so I am only able to login in on Microsoft sites using my Vinci account  The axians.com account can not be used for logging in.

Is there some way to get the discount assigned to my personal email address which I use to schedule exams?

We just received an update from our Support team and was advised to try this work around process that may resolve the issue.

 

On the Check Eligibility page, kindly try to enter the email address in all lower case.

 

In case that you are still unable to redeem your discount, our support team is advising you to send us a new (PSR) for further troubleshooting.

 

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. Thank you.
