Unable to claim free certification , Microsoft Ignite challenge

I have completed a challenge from Microsoft ignite challenge(2021) and received an email to claim my free certification exam. But when I try to schedule 

the exam it says No discount available on give email .

I am using the email address which I Have used to register for the ignite challenge

I am attaching screenshot of the error screen.

We have received an update from our Support team that there is an issue about claiming discount for Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge March 2021.
