Hi luckyshiba,

Thank you for patiently waiting.

We received an update from our Engineering Team thru the sticky post and confirmed that the issue on redeeming discounts was now fixed.

Please try to apply the discount again by checking this instructional video or this article that will walk you through the steps of how to link and claim your exam discount.

Note that you need to create/sign into certification profile with personal email id and then claim the exam discounts with the email id used to attend the training.

Also, as part of troubleshooting, please follow the steps below:

  1. If you are using a work machine, please try to use different device or personal computer to make sure that there’s no restriction.

  2. Use the new MS Edge browser that you can download here.

  3. Make sure to disable the Block all third party cookies function from the browser settings.

  4. Go to Microsoft Certification Dashboard, click Schedule next exam button to register  the exam and try to apply the discount.

In any case that the same messaging appears and unable to proceed, please send us a step by step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) starting from the steps above and until it shows the page that the discount did not apply.

You may upload your PSR through the private message I initiated along with the requested information.

To access your private message, please refer on the image below or click on this link.

Please attach the actual congratulatory/confirmation email you received after completing the training/event.

In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. If the resolution provided did not resolve the issue, please post a new question.
