Unable to complete System Test on Onvue for AI-102 Exam

I tried to appear AI-102 Exam on 30 Dec 2021 at 7:30 PM IST. I tried for a long but couldn't login due to some video streaming issue. My network strength although was good and I disabled all Firewall in my Personal Laptop which I used for the test.

We have received an update from our Support Team that there was an issue with OnVue application and Pearson Vue is now working on contacting the impacted candidates.

That being said, I would recommend you to contact Pearson VUE so they can assist you in exam rescheduling. You may contact them at: https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact.
