Unable to download or view certificate

Hi,

I have recently passed my MS-900 exam on *************  and am unable to view my official certificate from Microsoft.

I can view it from Certiport directly but when I attempt to view the official certificate from Microsoft I always get this error, 

Internal Error

Sorry, there is an internal error.
It is possible the site is currently not available. Please try again later.
The requested URL could not be processed.
If the problem persists, please contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center

Can you please assist as I need to forward my certificate to my manager?
