Unable to find my certification

Hi, 

I passed the Az-900 exam months ago but its still not appearing in my dashboard. can please help. thank you! I have connected my personal profile and work profile.

Through the information you have provided us, we were able to locate three Microsoft Certifications Profiles under your name. For that reason, you are unable to see your Certification.  But, do not worry!

We are glad to inform you that we can unify all of them, so that, you will be able to have all your information and achievements in one place.

 

To do so, please use the Private Message we have initiated to let us know which MCID and email account you want to keep.

To avoid duplicate profiles/MC IDs, when registering for exams, please use the information (name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number) as it appears on your current Microsoft Certification Profile. This would ensure us that the exams will get updated under the correct profile. 

We are very attentive to your response to proceed accordingly. If no response is received, we will proceed to close and lock the case after two business days.

We are glad you reached Microsoft´s community.

We want to inform you that we have successfully Merged two of the three MCIDs we have found under your accounts. However, it is necessary to wait 48 hours to proceed to unify the two existing accounts, so that you will be able to have all your information and Certifications in one place.

Meanwhile, here are the possible reasons why duplicate profiles are being created:

  • Different information such as email, name format, home address, phone number and etc. were used during the Exam registration.

  • Microsoft Certification Profile might not yet have associated to your registered email address.

  • System did not recognize your previous MCID in Exam registration/visiting the Microsoft Certification Dashboard. 

Once we complete the process we will let you know.
