Unable to generate my Transcript/ Access Code forgotten

Hi,

I cleared below few certifications in the year 2010- 2012:-

1. MCITP: Enterprise Project Manager

2. MCTS: Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, Managing Projects

3. MCITP

4. MCTS

However i'm unable to generate my transcript now. One of the email that i have from your side ( from: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) , tell my  Microsoft Certification ID (MC ID) as ** removed ** but when i'm using this Id to generate my access code , its not accepting the details i provide. 

Also i'm unsure which email id is registered with your side :- ** removed ** OR ** removed **against my certifications, as i got mail from your side on my gmail id, however, the new system says, i have no account with Microsoft with this gmail email id.


I'll request, if you can help me with making my account active, and enabling access to my transcript as i need that to showcase to my management. I have hard copies of certifications from your side, but would request, if my transcript can also be generated and downloaded.

Kindly help me at the earliest.

Hello Abhishek,

 

Having checked your MCP profile, found that email addresses that you have provided are already associated to your account. The @yahoo.com serves as your registered e-mail address where you can receive MCP notifications and flashes. While the @hotmail.com serves as your log-in credential (email) to the MCP Member Site.

 

Please be advised that there is no option to link your certificate/s as a URL in your LinkedIn profile. Also, the wallet card is no longer available as of October 2018. However, below are the steps on how you can share your earned credentials:

 

1. Go to https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp, and sign in using your Microsoft account and password.

2. Once your logged-in to the Member Site, on the “Your Dashboard”, please click on ‘Share or Download’ under the “Transcript”.

3. Please select the format of the transcript then click on “Save” to download a copy of your transcript.

4. For transcript sharing, select share, on the next page, you can create an Access Code. The code must be alphanumeric with a minimum of 8 characters. You will not be required to create a Transcript ID, since the system will create it automatically.

5. Once the code is created, you can provide the link mentioned below along with the Transcript ID and Access Code to share your transcript: https://mcp.microsoft.com/Anonymous//Transcript/Validate

 

Note: If you decide to stop sharing your transcript, simply change your Access Code and kindly refrain from sharing the new Access Code with anyone.
