Unable to link to Credly and Linkedin

Hi,

Recently I have attended AZ-900 exam and successfully passed. I have been issued a badge for the same.

1. When I try to link to Credly, it throws me following error message: "Failed! Your digital credential is not accepted by Credly. Please retry". I have checked with Credly, they said, its not their issue, check with Microsoft.

2. When I try to link it to Linkedin, it says invalid URL as the url starts with "blob" keyword instead of http or https

As we understand, you are having issues when you try to visualize your Badge in credly.

 

Please note that we need you to provide us with a PSR Steps Recorder tool (listed below) to follow these instructions.

 

You will be able to use the Steps Recorder following the link specified for your operating system:

 

 

  1. Go to Digital Credentials (credly.com)

  2. Login with your contact email.

  3. Show evidence that you cannot visualize the Badge in credly.

  4. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

  5. Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

  6. Click on this link to go to Your Dashboard.

  7. Click on View Badges”.

  8. Record all of your Badges if you have more than one, make sure to scroll down.

  9. Please click on the screen to confirm that the PSR will record everything, especially the error you see. 

 

Please provide the recording through the Private Message. It is necessary to display the email address used at the time of accessing the Certification Profile page and the error message you encounter; we advise you to start the recording before opening the browser's InPrivate mode and review the result file to make sure all the required information is included.

 

Keep in mind the PSR tool is set to a limit of 25 screenshots as a default, if you need a higher number of pictures to show the process, please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings. 


You can access Private Message if you select the icon on the upper right side of the screen

We have checked the PSR and we noticed that you login with a different account in credly.

 

Kindly, please use the email we mentioned over Private Message.

 

If the issue persists, send us a new record where we can visualize that you are using the email.

I am happy to say that after swapping the email ids, I am able to accept the badge through Credly.

Regarding the 2nd issue, linking/adding certificate to Linkedin, I have sent you message in Private.

In regards of the Certificate, please bear in mind that we only handle issues related directly to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

 

However, you can try the steps below on how to share your certificates to your LinkedIn profile.

 

1.     Click the "Me" icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage and Click View profile.

 

2.     If you've previously added a certificate, scroll down to the Accomplishments section and click "Add". If you've never added a certification, you'll first want to add a Licenses and Certifications section. On your profile page click Add new profile section in your introduction card. Under the Background dropdown, click the Add icon next to Licenses and Certifications.

 

3.     Select Certification from the dropdown.

 

4.     Type in your certification information. A menu displaying companies will appear as you type in the Certification authority field. Be sure to select the correct authority from the menu so their logo appears next to the certification on your profile.

 

5.     Once completed, click Save.

I was able to add the Certification to my profile. But 'Show Credential' button on linkedin doesn't work specifically for this certificate. For others, it is working fine. I have shared images in Private Message. Please take a look and advise.
