Unable to link work account to Partner University Access

Hi,


I have followed the step-by-step provided by my company to link my work account with my Microsoft account, but I keep getting the same error when trying to use the 'Get Partner University access' link on my Microsoft profile. I keep getting this error page & error code as you can see below. Can you help me identify and resolve this issue please? Thank you!
