We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing. If you’re encountering the “user account is currently blocked” message when trying to access the Dynamics 365 Community, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:
Try a Different Browser: First, attempt to open the community using a different web browser. Sometimes browser issues can cause login problems. You might also want to try using the privacy mode or clearing your browser history.
Check Security Group Membership: If you’re still unable to access the community, it’s possible that there’s a security group associated with the Dynamics 365 instance you’re trying to access. Ensure that you’re a member of that security group. If not, ask your Dynamics 365 administrator to add you to the relevant security group1.
Contact Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft 365 Customer Service and Support - Microsoft Support for further assistance.
