Unable to obtain Az-305 certification nor to renew prerequisite (Az-104)

Recently, while I was preparing to take the Exam AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions" my pre-requisite certification "Az-104: Azure Administrator Associate" expires, they give me a short period to renew it, where due to the workload I could not renew it.

However, when I was trying to schedule an exam in pearson vue I got this error "There was an issue scheduling your exam. Please try again later, or if the problem persists, contact support."

On the other hand, when trying to schedule an exam time for the Az-305 exam, I was able to do it without any problem.

So I decided to take the az-305 exam, thinking that maybe by passing, my previous certification could be automatically renewed.

I have passed the az 305 exam, however, the az-104 certification has not been renewed, nor does it allow me to schedule a date to take the exam. (I continue getting the same error)

Therefore, I require your kind assistance, in order to solve this problem and obtain both microsoft credentials.
