Regarding your issue in accessing the Microsoft Certification Dashboard, are you getting any specific error message?
Please be advised that there are several reasons as to why you are unable to access. It could either be of the following:
- Incomplete/Incorrect profile details such as special characters or symbols
- Duplicate profile created.
That being said, please provide us with the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) of the incident starting from the sign in page until you reach the error through private message so we can escalate it to our Support team. (please make sure to capture all steps above including the troubleshooting steps done in the PSR).
