Unable to redeem Ignite voucher

I attended the Ignite event at Toronto and am facing the same issues. Please help;

Hi Ashish,

Please follow the below steps:

- Log onto your Certification Profile via the Learning Dashboard using the MSA associated with your MC ID and try to schedule the exam (here you should log in with your own personal Microsoft e-mail address - @hotmail.com, @outlook.com etc)

-Select Verify account at the For Microsoft event attendees section to validate the offer.

-You should then select the type of account they used to register for Ignite as shown above.

    1. You can select Work Or School Account if you registered for Ignite with a work or school account (always use the e-mail that you used for the event registration).
    2. You can use the local account credentials (email and password) which you created while registering for Ignite
