Unable to register to exam because of invalid Address 1

Hello,

I am living in Germany in a street that has the special character "ö" in its name.

I think special characters cannot be handled by Pearson VUE because when I try to enter the payment method on the first step of the check-out I am getting the error message that in Address 1 only the characters a-z, A-Z, 0-9, /, #, -, space, dot, comma and apostrophe are allowed.

In my certification profile I have tried to replace the ö in my street name to oe which is an alternative way to write the name, but somewhere this seems not to get updated because I still get the same error.

Pearson VUE's support suggested to contact Microsoft to update my profile.

Can someonte help me to update my profile?

I was able to find and fix the error myself.

The problem was that the German Pearson VUE form displayed localized labels, but the form validation printed english labels.

After switching to the English form, I was able to determine the invalid field and removed not supported characters.

FYI in Germany streets usually have "Straße" in its name which can be written as "Str.".

In general, I think in 2019 every web formula should support Unicode, so I hope it is planned to add this feature soon...
