Unable to reschedule or access my Pearson vue exam from Microsoft learn

I had the same issue. I was rescheduling it because of emergency, but it was doing the same. Now my exam can't be rescheduled and I can't appear as I'm not in my city. I want to file a case and ask for refund or unlock the reschedule as it was not my fault.

Great news! I have received an update from our support team and your exam has now been rescheduled to a later time and date, you can reschedule the exam at a time and date that works best for you. Moreover, as my goal is to provide quality assistance, I highly recommend running a system test prior to the exam to minimize the possibilities of any technical related issues as well as consulting the OnVue Technical Requirements and reading the Microsoft Candidate Agreement.
