I recently failed my AZ-104 exam and am eligible for a retake according to the policy. However, I'm encountering significant difficulties in scheduling the retake exam. Here are the issues I'm facing:
Cannot find scheduling options: I've thoroughly searched both the Microsoft and Pearson VUE portals, but there's no clear option to book a retake exam.
Unresponsive Pearson VUE support: I've contacted Pearson VUE support 4-5 times via email, but they've been unable to assist me. Inaccessible support options: The international phone number provided by Pearson VUE is not feasible for me to call from Australia.
