Unable to schedule Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

Dear Team,

I am employee of Al-ghurair investments  LLC dubai and completed part 1 and part 2 training session for AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals however while try to schedule the exam with "Schedule with Pearson VUE" option , am getting below error.

ERROR :

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:

Please assist and fix this.

Hi Mohamed,

 

Let me assist you in scheduling your AZ-900 exam.

 

In your Certification profile, please make sure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address), save & continue. For the phone number, you may move the first three digits of your number to the area code if you don’t have one.

 

In case you are unable to proceed, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you sign in until it shows the messaging page and attach it via private message along with the information needed to verify your profile.
