Unable to schedule exam

Hi,

I have been trying to schedule an exam for the MS-900 for a while, but everytime I click on "schedule exam" I get the following issue: 

I have also already contacted the pearson vue support via phone yesterday who have told me it was going to be fixed within 2h but nothing has changed. I have also already tried the 3 listed steps (using Internet explorer, clearung cache and cookies and using incognito mode) but the issue persists.

Could anyone help me with this?

Hello Marie,

 

Thank you for following the suggested troubleshooting steps.

 

In scheduling your exam, please make sure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address), save & continue.

 

It will also be helpful to allow all third party cookies through the browser settings and make sure that the browser is updated or download the new Microsoft Edge to confirm if it is due to a browser compatibility.

 

If issue persist, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you have signed in until it shows the service interruption error and attach it via private message along with the information needed to verify your profile.

You may also send us the ticket number created when you reach out Pearson VUE as we may need it for further research.
