Unable to see my certification on microsoft learn portal

Hi Team,

I am unable to see my Microsoft azure fundamental certificate on portal, its showing account created today, while I had already completed the exam and got the certificate in ***, please help me with the issue.

If you want, I can share the certificate pdf, I do have this as it is from my previous organization, I guess there is some issue at that point.

Please provide your help, really appreciated as it is bit important for me to get the certificate URL.
