Unable to use Microsoft Ignite to register Microsoft Exam

Hi,

Jan 2020 I attend Microsoft Ignite Tour, During Event Registration I Used my Company address. However My actual profile that usually used to book an exam belongs to hotmail.com account.

Problem is when I book my exam and login via hotmail.com account. On a page Verify Discount Eligibility i click on  "Verify account" under For "Microsoft Event Attendee" another pop-up windows appear to choose registered, you can access your profile by logging back in using the same account with below listed option

- Work or School Account

after i click on Work or School Account i get this error "There are no eligible offers available for the selected exam and credentials. Please check that you have used the correct event registration credentials and selected a qualifying exam."

 most likely this is because during Verify account process it check my ignite registration based on hotmail account but in reality I used company address for Ignite tour registration. how do i fix mis-match email address so i can utilize free exam voucher under my hotmail profile

Hello M Raza_2020,

You're following the correct steps by using a personal Microsoft account to register for the exam, at the verification step you should be able to verify your attendance at the Ignite event by signing in with the account used for the event whether it was a personal, work or school account.

Please try again by using an "InPrivate/Incognito" browser session, register for the exam with the personal account and verify with the email address used to register for the Ignite event.

Thanks for tour reply. this time I choose InPrivate session, After i choose my work email address in during verifying account process getting an error 

“There is no eligble offer available for the selected exam and credentials. Please check that you have used  correct event registration credential and selected a qualifying exam.”
