Still haven't received a response to my initial support request 3 days ago. Pearson told me to schedule it with Microsoft, so can someone get this going or is there just not going to be a redemption?
Please try the below steps before you apply the discount.
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Open the browser in In-Private mode.
- Also try using a different browser.
Then try applying the Discount.
