Unable to view Certifcates or new Badge

Hi,

My new badge has not appeared in my account badges page. This is for passing MD-101 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.

I also cannot see any of my certifications there is just a blank white page.

I have tried this on a different browser over the last few weeks and on the latest Edge browser.

We appreciate all the information you have provided.

 

As per checking, the reason why you weren’t able to obtain the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification is because of a duplicate account created due to a different login information.

 

To resolve that, I have already went ahead and consolidated your accounts to your original MCID – meaning all your certification benefits are now under one profile.

 

On top of this, I have also manually provisioned the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification on your profile.

 

For your reference, I have included an updated copy of your transcript, including the Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certificate via private message. Additional copies of your transcript and/or certifications can be obtained through your Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

 

To avoid duplicate accounts in the future, please use the same information (e.g. name, email, mailing address, phone number) on your current Microsoft Certification account when registering for exams.
