Unable to view MS-900 Certification on Microsoft Learn Portal

I recently passed the MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals exam via Pearson VUE (OnVUE), and I have received my score report. However, the certification is not visible in my Microsoft Learn dashboard, and I have not received any certification email.

I contacted Pearson support, and they confirmed that the exam results were successfully transmitted to Microsoft, and that the issue lies on Microsoft's end regarding certification generation.

Please assist in syncing my certification to my Microsoft account or advise on further steps.

We understand that you passed Exam MS-900 but the Certificate is missing from your Profile. We will gladly assist.

 

If you remember any other emails that may have been used to start / complete exam registrations in the past, we suggest using those emails to access MS Learn and check if your information is visible.

 

See below some tips to retrieve other unexpected emails:

 

  • Check your browser navigation history and your saved passwords

  • Check all possible emails.

 

To access the Profile, follow these steps:

 

  1. Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

  2. Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

  3. Sign in to Microsoft Learn.

  4. Log in from all the emails you may have used during the registration process.
