Unable to view/download my certificate(AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) after 48 hours

I am clicking on "View Certificates" from "https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx" page and it took 2min to redirect into page "https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/certificate".

It is taking 5 minutes to see the certificate icon under "Microsoft Certified Professional Certificates", clicking on download giving me error

                                      "Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support."

Could you please help me to get my certificate?

I am able to preview/download  the certificate now, but the downloaded certificate(pdf) seems to corrupted.
