Unable to view/download PDF of my certificate for the MOS-Office 19 Exam

Hello,


I took the Microsoft Office Specialist Word Exam for Office 2019 on *Removed*. While I understand it takes 48 hours to be able to view/download my certificate, it has now been five days and I am still unable to view/download the certification. I am able to view and download my transcript, but not the certificate.


When I try to view or download, I get the following message: "We're having trouble generating your Certificate. Please try again. If you continue to experience problems please contact Customer Support."


I had to get the certificate to progress in a hiring path for a job and must submit the certification before *Removed*. I still have some time, but would prefer to have it submitted early with several days for them to confirm their receipt of the certificate.

Please keep in mind that all Certifications and Exams taken with Certiport are only visible and available to download through Certiport’s page.

In order to access and download your MOS (Microsoft’s Office Specialist) Certifications, go to the Certiport platform, and follow these steps: 

  1. Log in and choose the Organization Administrator role from the drop-down menu. 

  1. Select the Reports tab. 

  1. Click Print Certificates. 

  1. Select the program you wish to print from the drop down box, or select Any Program. 

  1. Select the date range. You may print certificates within 1 year after the exam was taken. Click Search. 

  1. All available certificates will display. Check the box for the exams you wish to print, and click Print Certificates. 

  1. Use the options within the PDF window to print or save a copy of the certificate. 

Your MOS Certificate and Exam can also be found on your Transcript, which can be downloaded through your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. It may be used as a proof of accreditation as well.
