Unable transfer Microsoft Profile for schedule examen

Hi 

Next I present the error that I get when I try to separate the execution date of my az 900 exam. I have tried with all browsers and in private mode; however, the same problem occurs. Please, I need to take the test.  My MCID is 991291826

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:

Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge

Clear all cache and cookies

Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge

If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.

Hi Marco,

 

Please make sure to use a Microsoft account/personal email to sign in and that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address), save & continue.

 

If you are getting the same messaging, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you have signed in until it shows the error and attach it via private message along with the information needed to verify your profile. This will help us isolate the issue.
