Unfair exam MS900

I am typing this to express my concerns regarding the misalignment between the MS900 exam questions and the content covered in the Microsoft modules and course. I found the exam content to be inconsistent with what I had prepared for, leading to frustration and disappointment.

Furthermore, I would like to highlight the issue of inadequate time provided for the exam and its review. While the guidelines state that candidates should have 60 minutes, I was only given 45 minutes, which affected my ability to carefully consider and revise my answers.

I kindly request that Microsoft reviews my exam, considering the content disparity, and takes appropriate action. This could involve a thorough examination of the questions' alignment, reconsideration of my exam results, or the opportunity to retake the exam under fair conditions.

I appreciate you providing your feedback regarding with the MS-900 exam. Allow me to provide further information regarding this matter.

Please be advised that the Microsoft modules and courses are meant to give you a general idea of the type, complexity, and style of questions you will probably see on this test. These questions are only provided as examples to give you an idea of what to expect on the exam and to assist you in determining whether further study is necessary.

With regards to the duration of your MS-900 exam, I have found that Exam duration (45 minutes) refers to the amount of time that you have to complete the exam. Seat time (60 minutes) refers to the amount of time that you should allocate for the exam. It includes the time needed to review the instructions, read and accept the NDA, complete the exam questions, and provide comments after completing it (if you choose to do so).

Additionally, you can request an evaluation of the exam by completing the Exam Item Challenge form. The challenge process helps us identify and avoid any confusions, and we update it accordingly. 

Afte submitting the form, Microsoft Certification team will review your submission for completeness. Please note that the review takes approximately two weeks. Once the review is complete, you will be notified of the outcome.
