User Skill Report - Partner Center

Is there a way to generate a master user skills report in Microsoft Partner Center? Currently, the report only shows associated activities that relate to competencies. Previously in the last version of Partner Center, partners were given the ability to generate a master report showing all associated MCP ID's and all of the exams and certifications that they completed, not just those activities that relate to competencies.
