Validity period for MS-100 and MS-101 certification

What is the validity period for MS-100 and MS-101 certificates ?

As we understand from your Post you want to know which is the Certification's valid period, specifically with the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert which is a role-based Certification. 

At the moment the General period for role-based Certifications in our Platform is one year after earn the Certification

This one-year certification validity aligns to how quickly cloud technology changes; renewing certifications on an annual basis validates skills and ability to perform in job roles are relevant in the market.
