Verification of Certificate

Is there any way to verify directly with Microsoft Training that the credential was completed? For example, in a job application, I need the issuing authority to verify that the course was actually completed, not just a badge supplied by the applicant. Thank you.

As we understand from your post, you need to verify the status of one of our user's certificates. We are happy to help you.

Keep in mind that the verification is only for credentials/certificates received after passing an exam, for any course of Learn the trophy or badge generated is the official proof of passing a course/module.

To provide you with further assistance, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Certification Profile in order to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.

MCID stands for Microsoft Certification Identification Number, you can check how to get it following this information: Find your MCID | Microsoft Learn, keep in mind that this is only for certificates, if the person completed a module or course on Learn, the trophy or badge is the official proof of competition.
