Thank you for your response and confirmation that you have sent through private message. I have successfully generated your Access Code that will help you associate your active email address on your MCP profile.

To ensure all of your exams are on the correct record, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1.    Visit the MCP Member Site at: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp

2.    Sign In with your Microsoft account and password associated with it.

3.    Add your MC ID and Access code in the next page.

To keep your account active, please access the Member site at least once in 12 months.

Also, to avoid getting a duplicate profile again, please make sure that you use the same information, such as name, home address, email address and phone number, so that a duplicate profile will not be created.
