Hi,
I am unable to view my certificates or transcript (and it looks like many other people are experiencing the same problem for the last couple of days as well). I have tried to:
- use Microsoft Edge (new Inprivate Window)
- deleted my cache
- used a different browser
But the problem still remains. Whenever I click on "View Certificates" (through the Dashboard: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx), either a blank screen is shown or a service not found error. I am able to see the badges though.
Whenever I click on "View transcript", the spinner keeps spinning without showing anything.
I have to send the certificate to my employer ASAP. Please help.
