virtual training day icalender file issue

Hi !

I've registered for a virtual training day event and got the confirmation mail. In 2nd day event icalender file date & time was incorrect & also event link was not provided. Instead this text format is shown.Kindly let me know what I should do.

It's my understanding that you encountered an error accessing the link for the second day of the training day event. Allow me to investigate the issue further.

Normally, the link for the first and second day of a training day event will be provided on the same email confirmation.

In order for me to investigate, please share with me the training day event confirmation along with the other requested details I sent via private message so I can have it reviewed and check for options.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. Thank you.

I have checked it with our support team, and they were able to open both event days successfully. Since you encountered an issue on your end, we highly suggest that you try opening it from a different email platform.

In addition, I have confirmed that a separate email will be sent to you before the event along with the direct link to join the training event.
