voucher for Examen AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

I wait for a voucher to access the event Examen AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals. Now, i waited for more lant 5 business days after the event and i didnt recieve the voucher


can you please helt me?

Hello Walid,

 

Microsoft now offer voucher less discounts if you have attended a Microsoft event from July 13, 2020 onwards. You will no longer receive any emails for a voucher code.  

 

To be properly guided, you may watch this instructional video to help you through the steps on how to link and claim your Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day (MAVTD) exam.

 

Learners who faced similar issue were able to redeem their free exam after following the below troubleshooting steps. Hence, we request you to try the below steps:

 

1.    Please make sure you’re using an InPrivate or Incognito browser. You may also try using other browsers preferably the newer version of Microsoft Edge which can be downloaded here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge.

2.    Should the issue persist, clear cache, cookies and allow all third-party cookies (steps here) Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files then click Delete then restart your browser session.

 

If in case you are still unable to proceed, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) showing all the steps above until it shows the page that the discount did not apply and attach it via private message. If you can also include the email confirmation for your voucher.

 

Upon receipt, we’ll replicate the issue and forward it to our Support Team for investigation.

 

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
