On ***Removed*** my husband paid for a mindhub voucher with his Italian Postepay Mastercard for me to book my cbt exam.
We got no receipt, no confirmation message
but the money left his account immediately after he authorised it.
Thereafter, I searched their web for a contact number but saw none.
Then I wrote an email to the customer care via an address
I saw on their wall and no response came from them.
Right now we are greatly confused and don't know what to do or who to contact.
Money is lost, no evidence of payment and no voucher.
I don't know how safe it is disclosing our names here.
Please we need help and I wish to write my cbt exam this month
and can't book as a result of this!
