Voucher Issue -- 2 different emails (one for class, another for registering for exam)

I attended a virtual Microsoft AZ-900 course on Dec 1, 2022 and wanted to get a free voucher. I used a company email to sign up for the Virtual Learning. What I found was that the voucher was connected to the email address used in class. The problem I had was when scheduling for the exam, I could not use the company email. I had to have a Microsoft email. But, now I can't get the voucher because of 2 different emails used -- one for the class and another for registering for the test. It does not know that the Microsoft email attended the class. How can I get a voucher? I tried to link my Microsoft acct to work email but my work does not allow it.

Allow me to provide information and steps on how you can redeem your discount from the Microsoft Virtual Training Day.

Please know that in claiming your discount/scheduling your exam, you are required to use a personal/Microsoft account (outlook/gmail/hotmail) then you will be given an option to link your company email address with the discount.   

Once logged in to your personal Microsoft account, I would recommend trying to follow the troubleshooting steps in this sticky post. Then, claim your discount by following this instructional video.

Also, please be advised that the discount’s validity is 90 days from the date of the event and there is a cap limit with a total of eight (8) free exams which you can use.
