Web pages not loading

Good day all, 

I'm not sure if I'm the only one continually experiencing this problem, but for example, I want to reschedule an exam. When clicking on the "reschedule" button the next web page does not load. Only a white page appears. Same problem when I want to view my certifications. Only a white page loads. 

Can anyone provide me with some support? I disabled cookies to block third parties, cleared cache etc. I did all the mundane steps that can be taken but still only white page displays.

I understand that you have perfomed some of the troubleshooting steps, in addition to those, I recommend to try few more steps indicated below:

  1. Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox)

  2. Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito

  3. Sign back in to your account and attempt the reschedule process again.
