What are other ways to verify my account upon logging-in?

I have been trying to log-in a personal account I created that I used to register for the Virtual Training Day for AZ-900 but I received a block that my account was locked. I followed the guide where I reached to the point where I will need to input my mobile number to be used for verification but after sending my mobile number I only arrived at a prompt with this message: "Try another verification method. That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method."

I also have completed the 2 day Virtual Training Day last *removed* but haven't any discount codes or vouchers as mentioned.

I hope someone can help me on this one.
