Indeed, exam 98-369 retired last September 30, 2019. Note that once an exam retires, it is no longer be available and can no longer be taken.
I have checked as well that there is currently no replacement exam associated to it. In this case, you may want to check our new
role-based exams and certifications since Microsoft is moving away from the MTA, MCSA, MCSE, and MCSD acronyms.
