What is my MSID?

In early December I passed 98-364 Database Fundamentals to transfer into an online college as credit through Certiport.  It is necessary for their process  to receive the transcript from you directly, not through Certiport.  My MS account does not show any passed exams, and with Certiport Customer Service I am instructed to provide them my “MSID.”   I am unable to locate my MSID on my profile and have been routed here to request assistance.  Thank you for your time.

Hi DanielCox12,

I’ve noticed that you have duplicate profile so I have consolidated your profiles to make sure that all your exams are in one place. Your duplicate account was created as Certiport wasn’t able to verify your current profile.

Please follow the steps below in order to access your profile and associate it to your preferred email address.

1. Visit the Microsoft Certification Site.

2. Sign in with your preferred Microsoft account and password that you would like to link with your MSCert profile

3. Enter the Access Code along with the MC ID to have your Microsoft account associated with your MSCert record

·         The login credentials required to enter the MCP Member Site can be found on your private message.

Make sure to use the same information(Name, Email, Address and Phone number) when accessing the Microsoft Certification Site to avoid creating duplicate accounts in the future.

In order to keep your account active, please access your MSCert profile at least once in every 12 months.

Your MC ID number is provided in my private message for your reference. This is also indicated in the transcript copy that I sent to you along with your completed exams and certification history for your reference

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question below so that other learners can benefit. Additionally, please take our short survey to let us know if your support experience has been great or how we can improve.
