When I completed my Excel Associate certification, I failed to connect my account within 90 days.

I was issued my Excel Associate Certification in ***************, but did not notice that the email said to set up my Microsoft Learning Benefits and Exam Dashboard within 90 days of completing the exam. Now, when I try to set it up, it says my temporary access code has expired. I have also followed a link to sign in without that code, but it won't let me type my full MCID and says to ask for help here.

I also have 2 Microsoft accounts, one personal, and one school email (***************). So, I'm not sure if that affects anything as I have Learn profiles on both accounts.

I appreciate any guidance!
