When trying to access my training on Microsoft Learn, I keep getting login prompt in a loop.

When trying to access my training on Microsoft Learn, I keep getting this prompt in a loop: "You are signed in as (my login email), before registering with this Microsoft Account, please check if you may have previously registered with a different account."

I am actually logged in and can see my courses, but every time I click on a course, I get that prompt and do not appear logged in.

Same issue for me too. Am unable to review a certification as it keeps sending me back this page. Someone, please help...

If you have a work / school account linked to your profile, you can use this account to log in and pass your renewal.

I have just did it to renew one of my certifications.

I am having the same issue.

Each time I click on "Renew" button to renew my certification, I am redirected to the page that displays the exact same message.

This started happening on Saturday afternoon 5pm GMT. I am guessing someone screwed up an upgrade over the weekend.
Also screwed up is PearsonVue, which was providing 2 hour wait times before a proctor allowed you to start the exam. You had to sit in front of your web cam for 2 hours or else they would fail the exam.

My solution

I have same message in loop with my personnal Account, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** my clip email lucky

Yesterday à’i a linkked my Account with my office pro with this Account , and its ok now.

But my professionnel mail is for my business and note for my Enterprise

You can try this if you have a order mail, Linked Account is impact but its persistant

We continue wait solution Microsoft for repair personnal Account connections.

Same here. I can only assume it has to do with the merging work that is being done since 18th June, but it seems to have this as a side effect. I can only hope the Cert team will be kind enough to offer 1 month extension for our renewals since we can't take them.
