To eliminate the error, please solve the CAPTCHA on the page.

 

Also, as part of troubleshooting, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. If you are using a work machine, please try to use different device or personal computer to make sure that there’s no restriction

  2. Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox). For MS Edge, you can download the new browser here

  3. Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito

  4. Clear browser cache and cookies (steps here)

  5. Allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings

 

Meanwhile, to register for an exam, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Select any of the qualifying exams listed on our Learning Site.

  2. Once you have accessed the desired exam details page, click the "Schedule exam" button to begin the online registration process.

  3. Sign in with the Microsoft Account associated with your Microsoft Certification profile. If you do not have a Microsoft Certification profile, you will need to create one.

  4. Create or update certification profile as required. Please make sure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address) before clicking "Save & continue" button at the bottom of the Certification Profile page.

  5. Follow steps on the following screens and provide the required details to schedule your exam.

 

If same issue persist, please send us a step by step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) starting from the steps above and until you received the error for us to further investigate the issue.

 

You may upload your PSR through the private message I initiated along with the requested information.
