I want to review my last Exam results for AZ-104 to understand where I need to refocus for my next Exam. The past exam results are not listed per the article. The article states to go to profile, review the Certifications and look for 'Past Exams'. This does not appear on the Certifications tab.

I truly admire persistence and dedication to earn your AZ-104 certificate, I understand that while trying to access your score report, it is not available on your Microsoft Learn dashboard, I recognize how beneficial it is to have your score report to refocus for your exam. Allow me to provide assistance on how you can access and download the results for your exam.
Score reports are generally available within 24 hours after your exam and since you are unable to find your previous AZ-104 score report, kindly record a step-by-step screenshot using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) and follow the steps provided below and if the issue persists, please share it with me through the private message that I initiated along with the requested information.
Open Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) for Windows | Click this link if MAC device.
Open the latest Microsoft Edge and use InPrivate, Clear cache and cookies then restart browser.
Go to Microsoft Learn profile and click on the Credentials tab and click on Certifications.
On the certifications tab, scroll down to the "Past exams" section and Select “View details on provider site”.
In Pearson VUE, locate the exam for which you wish to view the score report, then select the “View” button.
Up until you are unable to proceed with the score report.
Meanwhile, if you are an ESI learner or used a company discount, kindly reach out to the Enterprise Skill Initiative support team and as they are the ones with the specialties to deal with concerns and issues faced by ESI learners. I have provided the ESI support portal through our private message. To access the private message, please click the message icon under the "Question Info".

I appreciate you providing the PSR file.
To expedite a resolution of your case. please Log in to Microsoft Learn using all the possible Microsoft accounts that you have. In any case that you still cannot locate your score report upon following this workaround, please send us an updated PSR from the sign in page until the issue is shown on your screen.

Upon checking, I have confirmed that you are part of the Enterprise Skill Initiative program. With this, kindly reach out to the ESI support team as they are the ones with tools and visibility when it comes to issues concerning ESI learners.
To create a case with the ESI support team, kindly go to the link I provided on our private message and login using your company email, then select the Create Case option and provide the information requested on the "Open a New Case" form and attach all necessary documents such as screenshots of the confirmation email then click submit. You will be provided with a Case ID to track the progress of your case.
Should you need further assistance, you may share the Case ID with me, and I can monitor your case with the ESI support team on your behalf and provide you with updates as soon as I receive them.

I now had the fortunate coincidence and situation that I planned / booked another exam. Now I was able to look at the internal mechanism again in detail and do some reverse engineering. And I have found a way that could work to display the dashboard and thus the score reports.
1. Log in to https://learn.microsoft.com
2. Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/schedule-through-pearson-vue?action=1 and enter your address and contact details
3. Then you end up in the dashboard (unfortunately I cannot verify whether this also works if no exam is currently planned / booked)
4. In the menu on the right you can now view the score reports
Good luck with this method!
It is also important to know that you cannot simply call up the URL of the dashboard, because you need a token which is only generated via the URL mentioned above while you are then redirected.
This is of course a workaround, and I can't say if and how long it will work. Microsoft needs to fix the problem permanently.
