Where can I find my Microsoft ID (MS ID)

We understand that you require assistance finding your Microsoft ID. We will be happy to help you.

Since July 8, 2024, our platform has undergone significant changes: Keeping Certification and Learn Profiles is no longer required, as the Certification Profiles have moved to MS Learn. For this reason, properties such as MCID or Certification Profile are no longer in use. Instead, the certification progress from our candidates will be contained directly on their Learn profiles.

Additionally, previous services related with Certification profiles, such as profiles merging are now self-assisted by users. For further information, we recommend reviewing the Profile and Credentials tabs from the following page (reference image below):

The Microsoft Learn Username becomes your primary customer identifier.

You will find your "Username and URL" in "Personal Info, username and URL". The text in the textbox is your Learn Username (highlighted below).
