Where can I find the Microsoft Unique ID (PUID) which is needed to be filled out on a form to change my legal name on my Certification Profile?

I'm being asked for the Microsoft Unique ID (PUID) on a form to change my legal name on my Certification Profile, so it will match my Driver's License which I'll use to identify myself to take a certification test. I have looked high and low as to what this PUID is and where to find it at.

It's not in my Receipt from PearsonVUE and it's not in my Exam Confirmation Email.

Where can I find such?

Thanks!

Hi,

When I opened that link that you had provided above, I could see some "Usertoken number" Starting as 000XXXXXXX as a current user information. Can I use it as PUID? Need clarification.

Regards

Rahul K
