Where can I get the history of failed Microsoft exams?

I understand the importance of having access to your exam history as I recognize that not only your passed exams, but your failed exams as well will help you see the areas where you needed to improve. Allow me to provide the best options possible to move forward.

To access exam history which will show not only your passed exams, but the exams that you were unable to clear as well.

1. Open the latest Microsoft Edge browser and use InPrivate, Clear cache and cookies then restart browser.

2. Go to your Microsoft Learn profile and proceed to the Credentials tab under the Challenges.

3. Click on the Certifications tab beside the Applied Skills.

4. On the certifications tab, go to the "Past exams" section and Select “View details on provider site”.

5. In Pearson VUE, locate the exam for which you wish to view the score report, then select the “View” button.

6. This should allow you to view your Score reports.

Please let me know if you are still unable to access your previously cleared exams, please respond to the private message that I initiated and provide the PSR recording so that I can investigate this issue further.
