Where is the certification receive by certiport, on my Microsoft Learn Page?

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you passed the Technology Literacy for Educators:62-193 with Certiport and you want to align your account with your certification profile. We are happy to help you.

We understand how important it is to get your exam populated in your certification profile and align your Certiport and certification profile; however, we require informing you that temporarily it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates and exams.

Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications or exams into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team:

“Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

If you are not able to access to Certiport or if you require more assistance for your certificate and exam, it is necessary to contact Certiport so they can help you with the process:
