Answer

Hello SandeshPoudel9,

Please follow the steps below to obtain your transcript ID and access code:

  1. Use Internet Explorer, then go to your Microsoft Certification Profile then sign in with your Microsoft account and password.
  2. Click on the “Share or download” option located under ‘Transcript’ tab
  3. Select “Share”
  4. Enter an Access Code. The code must contain a minimum length of eight alphanumeric characters. You can change your access code at any time. Also, please note that by creating an access code, you are allowing Microsoft to disclose your certification information to any person that successfully provides the transcript ID and access code. Once completed, click “Share”.

Note that:

·         The Transcript ID will be auto-generated.

·         An option to add your address will be provided by ticking the box under Access Code.

  1. Once the code is created, you can provide the link mentioned below along with the Transcript ID and Access Code to share your transcript: https://mcp.microsoft.com/Anonymous//Transcript/Validate

If you decide to stop sharing your transcript, simply change your Access Code by selecting here on the pop-up page after clicking the share button.
