Hi ArthurChitakwa,

We no longer have Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification since we currently have Microsoft Certified solutions Expert, based on the certificate that you already earned (MCSA Windows Server 2003 certification) this qualifies you to take an upgrade exam which is exam 70-417 in which you will obtain MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certificate. Should you wish to take on higher skilled certification, since MCSA: Windows Server 2012 is a pre-requisite, you will just need to take one elective exam depending on what path you will decide to take. Paths are describe below:

MCSE: Core Infrastructure

MCSE Productivity Solutions Expert

After passing the last exam required for any certification your transcript will be updated. It may take up to 24 - 48 hours for the system to recognize your new certification status.
